Falling 05:12
back in the days, just the same old song, trying to think nothing, to get along. pilot light’s weak, it was about time, to either my catch my breath or lose my mind. good times were gone, I couldn’t get them back, my whole life felt like a cul-de-sac. day in and day out, it was all the same, you either break the rules or you lose the game. i’d rather serve minors in some old shack, just get this damn monkey off my back. eternal darkness, it’s more than a game, when every hour is so damn lame. cut the cord, let this vision end, it’s either that or to make a stand. (and) while there’s a place and time, it’s not here nor now, too much on the line. and this guiding light, best seen in the dark, starts out quite dim, more like a spark. because it’s at night, that we see best, first order is to get some rest.

Sigma Bands 02:12
how we fit new information into existing knowledge, how we remember and how we forget, how our consciousness fades and eventually disappears. how we fade and eventually disappear. interactions between cells, not with our surroundings. bursts of activity following muscle twitching. neurons firing briefly at a high rate. slow or absent eye movement. consolidate new memories. fill in the blanks. sigma bands. erase old memories. our brain firing blanks. sigma bands.
3.
Slow Wave 04:34
an altered state, in which dreams are rare. a mindset more organized, close to real life. most restful phase, behind some haze. shutting down the brain, toning down the pain. tend and befriend, not flight or fight. healing of the body, improvement of the mind. the night does not belong to lovers, because the night belongs to us. don’t touch me now, don’t dare to, because the night belongs to us. when the day belongs to haste, and the night belongs to lust, tell me which part of our lives is it exactly that really does belong to us? the 70s are over now for nearly half a century, we just seem to be stuck in time. it's been a long trip and it sure has been weird, anyhow, we're just stuck in time.

Night Terror 04:22

Fantasy 04:41
losing control over some matter, losing control over ourselves. close our eyes to see what matters, close our eyes to see ourselves. upon nightfall, things will get better, in this darkness that sets us free. No control, no things that'll matter, everything is just plain to see. upon nightfall, things will get better, in this darkness that sets us free. No control, no things that'll matter, when we dream is when we are free. upon nightfall, we will be free, surrender to the night with me. retreat and rest, recover and restore. upon nightfall, we will be free, surrender to the night with me. upon nightfall, we will be free, in this darkness that lets us see. upon nightfall, we will be free, surrender to the night with me. upon nightfall, we will be free, in this darkness that sets us free.
